Raffle Terms & Conditions
- Eligibility: The raffle is open to all individuals aged 18 years or older. No purchase is necessary to enter.
- Entry Period: Entries are accepted from the moment this page goes live until March 21, 2026, at 9:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). Entries received after the deadline will not be considered.
- How to Enter: Complete the entry form on this page with your first name, last name, email address, phone number, and select the immigration service you are interested in. Each individual may enter only once. Duplicate entries (same email or phone number) will be rejected.
- Prize Details:
- For non-Permanent Residence services (Temporary Residence and Other Services): The winner receives 100% off professional service fees for the first applicant only.
- For Permanent Residence services: The winner receives 50% off professional service fees for the first applicant only.
- Government filing fees, biometrics, and third-party costs are not included in the prize and remain the responsibility of the applicant.
- Additional applicants on the same file will be charged at standard rates as published on our Fees page.
- Transferability: The winner may transfer the prize to an immediate family member or friend. The transfer must be communicated to Krilaha Immigration Services before engagement begins.
- Winner Selection: One (1) winner will be selected at random from all valid entries after the entry period closes. The winner will be contacted via the phone number and email address provided within 5 business days of the draw.
- Claiming the Prize: The winner must respond to the notification within 14 calendar days to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within this period, a new winner may be selected.
- Prize Redemption: The prize must be redeemed within 6 months of the winner announcement. The winner must sign a standard Retainer Agreement to begin services.
- Consent to Contact: By entering the raffle, you consent to being contacted by Krilaha Immigration Services via email and phone for the purposes of the raffle, winner notification, and information about immigration services.
- Data Privacy: Your personal information is collected solely for the purposes of this raffle and potential service consultation. Information is stored securely and will not be sold or shared with third parties. Refer to our Privacy Policy for details.
- Disclaimer: Krilaha Immigration Services does not guarantee immigration approvals. All decisions are made by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). The prize covers professional service fees only, not outcomes.
